Microsoft driving me mad!

I am not a computer wiz by any strech of the imagination, so when I asked microsoft for help with an error message and paid a fee I really thought they would help!!
Can anyone help me? I keep receiving an error message… “IAMAP.EXE error!”
What do I need to do, because it appears that my Outlook programme will not work!
