Microsoft Excel 2003 Problem

When I enter the number “8260130340311466” in Excel it changes the cell content to 8260130340311460 (changes the last digit from 6 to 0) No matter what format I select it changes the content. I don’t want to set this number as text. Any clues why Excel doing that???
