Microsoft Excel Pivot Table Merge

I want to know if an email merge can be created from a pivot table by sending multiple email recepients thier respective top-10 lists (which differ by email address recepient) to each address without sending them 10 emails (like a mail merge does in rows). The way the pivot table is built is the recepient items are in the ROW section, their top-10 items are in rows in the DATA section.
