Microsoft Exchange Server

My boss wants me to update our exchange server to accept e-mail address in the format of lastname@thetoycompany.com.
The format that we are using right now is lastname@toycompany.com. How do I change our e-mail format in the exchange server? Where should I start in order to change the format? I don’t have any experience on this. I need help on this one. Thank you very much.
