Microsoft MSN POP3 out of service 3rd day

Outlook and Outlook express POP 3 are unable to receive email for the third day. It is unknown when the server will be corrected and subscribers to MSN are being diverted to MSN Hotmail. This could interfere in filing systems set up in Outlook or Outlook express for the secure purpose of keeping mail with your computer systems and not stored on the web based IP
