Microsoft Office

We are using a time keeping program at out office, the program uses SQL. When a person runs the program is uses MSAccess 97 to run the different applications. On some of the computers we have Access 2007 installed.

If a person uses the time application, and then a person uses MSAcess 2007 the following message appears: Please wait while Windows Configures Microsoft Office Professional 2007.

Is there a way that a person can have that this doesn’t appear everytime?
