Microsoft Office 2000

We are experiencing a problem with Word crashing frequently or not opening up at all even when the user does not have any other aplications open. Rebooting the system seems to temporarily fix the problem but sometimes the user has to do this up to 3times. We are running on Pent.II and III’s which have been cloned…same config. for every machine.
