Microsoft Office Outlook 2GB Limit

I have recently hit the 2GB limit on my Outlook 2000 pst file and Outlook tells me to upgrade my .pst file to 2003. I am running outlook 2003 but I don’t know how to convert it 2003. Anybody have some suggestions?
