Microsoft Outlook

I have been using outlook on my work laptop and recently bought a new laptop that uses outlook express. I can’t get outlook onto the new computer. Is there any way I can use both with the same email address? Alternatively I’d like to download outlook onto my new computer. Can you guide me on how to do it?
