Microsoft Outlook 2000

The location messages are delivered to has changed for this user profoile. To complete this operation you may need to copy the contents of the old Outlook folders to the new Outlook folders. Do you want Outlook to recreate your shortcuts? all shortcuts you have created will be removed. Select (Yes) (No)
If I select yes they all go away this is not good, how do I fine out where its getting this message from because this should not be happening this works from an Exchange Server so this should not be happening. Please help
