Microsoft Outlook 2003 – Work Offline.

by aravinds1611 . Updated 17 years, 9 months ago

Hi,

Recently, I had been facing some problems with my Microsoft Outlook 2003.

Couple of days back, all of a sudden, I noticed while working that the “Reply”, “Reply All” and “Forward” button were grayed out. The Help Desk person repaired Outlook through the Add/Remove applet.

Since yesterday, Whenever I open my Outlook it switches to Work Offline automatically. Everytime I have to go to File–> and uncheck Work Offline. Moreover, I had set a password and it pops right before I see my e-mails. But it does not pop-up and my emails are visible.

Please suggest a solution.

Thank you.

Regards,
Aravind.
