Microsoft Outlook

I have a user who is having problems with Outlook 2003. The application closes unexpectedly. I checked the event viewer and I have this error:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8206.0, stamp 479fce0d, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, stamp 411096b4, debug? 0, fault address 0x00010e03.

Have someone have an idea?
