Microsoft Outlook Trial

I have tried to add a Microsoft office trial on several different occasions. The first time I loaded the trial and it almost worked. The Outlook part didn’t load. I contacted Microsoft and they indicated that with Office 2003 I had to manually remove Outlook Express to use the trial fully. Since that time I have attempted to follow the protocol they sent and load the trial at least four times without success. If anyone knows what I should do or has a suggestion I would appreciate the input. Thank you
