Microsoft Project 98

Does anyone know if there is a way to print out a project’s tasks and its applicable notes? I have set up my project as a ‘How To’ template and is a national effort. Therefore, any updates, my peers supply me, which I need to incorporate into my template I have to open both files and lines – one by one.

I’ve looked at the help guide but was not successful in finding a solution.

Please…someone, anyone…HELP!
