Microsoft Word 2007

I cannot figure this one out. I created a series of Word Docs in 2007 using compatibility mode so the end user (who uses 2003) could use them. However, when they open the text boxes/images and form fields are skewed and out of place.
I open them fine on any number of machines running 2007 Office.

Any thoughts on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
