Microsoft Word Labels convert to Excel Spreadsheet?

Hi,

I have an unusual situation. I have a huge mailing list (about 2000 names) that appear to have been typed individually in label format in Microsoft Word 2003. Is there a way to export this data into an excel spreadsheet in a logical format? I’ve tried several ways and the only thing I can do is paste it directly into excel, which doesn’t separate any of the fields. Unfortunately I’m having someone manually cut and paste or re-type everything, but looking for an easier, more efficient (and with less mistakes) way to do this. I appreciate any suggestions! Thanks.
