I have heard inconlusive stories regarding Microsofts ownership and/or board membership of Apple. Does Microsoft continue to own any shares in Apple? If so, voting/non-voting and how much? Does Microsoft have any board membership in Apple?

I can’t seem to find a reliable answer.
