Migrate data from Novell to MS

Hello all,
We are migrating from Novell to MS W2k3, Netapp filer (acts like w2k3 svr). I have Terabytes of data I need to migrate to the filer/ms environment. I am looking for a copy utility – like Robocopy, which will copy specific directories, not the entire dir. structure. example: /USERS/JOHNA, /USERS/SUEB, /USERS/FREDF

I want to copy (and keep synced) JOHNA and FREDF but leave SueB alone.
Anyone know of such an animal? Robocopy has /purge will will delete from the dest that does not exist in the source, and /mir to mirror a directory tree, but I don’t want to mirror the entire tree.
