Migrate Novell 3.12 to Windows 2000

Does anyone know if this would be a strait migration. We have a single Novell server that is used for authentication and file storage, and we would like to upgrade to Windows 2000.
Any suggestions requarding this kind of upgrade would be highly appreciated.
