Migrate Novell users into Windows 2000?

Is there a way to migrate all users that are able to login to a Novell server to a new computer which has OS of Windows 2000? We are going from Windows 95 to Windows 2000 and with the securty of windows 2000 I would like to put all users in the new work station so they are able to use the new workstation.
