Migrate users and groups from Access 97 to Access 2003

How do I migrate the users and groups from Access 97 to Access 2003? If we create a new database in Access 2003 and then import all of the objects from Access 97, we don’t know what the different accesses of the existing users and groups that we have in Access 97. I would really appreciate it if you could let me know a way to migrate all of the existing users and groups from Access 97 to Access 2003. Thanks in advance!
