Migrating Calendar (appointment) Data to

We have been using a host(VAX/VMS) based based calendaring package for scheduing of meetings, but wish to move Outlook. I want to be able to load all existing meetings directly into the Exchange Server database. I would appreciate any information as to how this can be accomplished. I have searched most of the obvious sites (MSDN, CDOlive), but have not found any information that helped.
