Migrating DNS from Unix to Windows 2000

We have two DNS servers running on Unix. One of these servers is to be de-commissioned and therefore we need to move the secondary DNS to a Win2K platform. How easy/difficult is this to do and can anybody provide any tips to make this a smooth changeover? All the books I have read seem to tell you how to set DNS up rather than how to migrate it.
