Migrating Exchange 5.5

I recently purchased a new server to use as my Exchange 5.5 server. My question is: What is the easiest way to migrate from my current Exchange 5.5 server and maintain all of the user information. The current server is using two physical drives and the new server has one large drive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
