migrating factory Novell OES cluster to NT4

Have aqcuired small company using Novell OES Linux VM ware cluster with 500GB data- including e-directory, Iprint and SAN unit. We are a MS shop and use MS directprint and Active Directory as a standard and do not support novell. How difficult is it to migrate the data to NT4 boxes before changing to our private network IP space?
