Migrating from NT4 to What???

This summer i have to migrate my office from NT4 to either win2k or win2003. Just a little background on my network, we have 3 branch locations, an exchange 5.5 server and multiple VPN connections. Total desktops ~30. I’m planning this migration and just wondered anyone’s thoughts on Win2K vs Win2003. Thanks
