Migrating Mac users to PC’s

I am the Tech Coord/Net Admin for the school district where I work. I will be migrating 60+ Mac users to PC’s in the fall. I am planning on using the In-service tools provided on the MS “Teaching and Learning” CD set. Is there a better method? Has anyone under taken this task or used this resource?
