Migrating Outlook data to Exchange

I thought that this would be a common issue when moving a site from a peer to peer network to an exchange network. When setting up customers on a SBS domain for the first time they usually have existing mail data on their computers harddrive connected to a pop3 account. I there a way of automatically moving this data (mail, contact, tasks etc) to their new exchange account?
