Migration from Netscape to NT proxy

I intend to migrate or rebuild my Netscape 3.5 proxy server to a MS NT 2.0 proxy server. I find no migration info out there on this issue, does anyone have some ideas or info where I could find some documentations to help make a smooth transition.
