Military Transition

I have a question to ask. I am currently in the Air Force and I will be transitioning to the private sector within the next year. I am a database analyst/administrator on two separate databases; one is an older unix based system and the other is anew oracle system. My question is this, I am currently taking classes toward my BS in IT, but I will not be finished before I separate. Would my efforts be better spent studying for and completing an OCP (which I am prepping for as well) or with college. Also, which one holds more weight with a civilian employer…BS or OCP. I am at the point where I need to make some decisions, but I don’t know any civilians to ask. I appreciate any insight.
