MIS?

I wanted to know what exactly is MIS job description.
I have done my computer science degree andnow working in a company which provides solutions.I am working as a technical sales engineer and mainly give presentations to the customers and market the solutions.
I am continuing programming in my spare time.

I want to move into the MIS side,but I need to know which masters degree should I pursue,and do you guys think that my present job will in any way help me in that regard.
