MIS Position Negotiation Help Needed

I am close to landing a position as MIS Director for a solid, growing company in Manhattan, NYC. This is my first position at this title, and I come from an extensive IT history. Any advice on negotiating my contract, salary, signing bonus, overtime etc. Suggestions, comments ?

This is a mid-range network that needs a lot of overhaul, essentially I’ll be inheriting a headache . . .
