Missing Driver

Hi All,

I have hp dvd41114nr laptop i just downgrad to windiws XP and i am not getting wireless driver and video controller and ethernet drivers i have 802.11 b/g WLAN Broadcom wireless card but i am not getting any driver for windows xp i did download some drivers but its not compitible and not getting nework adaptors ment to the devicemanager.

Can anyone please help me ??
