MITEL Products VS CISCO for Voice/IP

At this time I have a Cisco Data Infrastructuure installed throughout all my distributed plants. Mitel is offering the utilization of there products as a key component for the new telephone infrastructure I am implementing, and I want to know how MITEL and CISCO will be able to migrate as one V/IP in the future?
