monitor is blank when i turn on my laptop.

please i need some help about my problems on my laptop.
im using dell laptop and when i turn on the computer the monitor is blank…
i don’t know what is the problem…
i can’t see anything on the monitor so i can’t start it in a safe mode.
how im going to fix thix?
