Monitor what Web sites are being accessed, send and receive e-mail content,

Hi there network administrator:

Does anyone knows about a software that can monitor what Web sites are being accessed, send and receive e-mail content of employees in your LAN without them having a clew. Probably one that can be installed in only pc and capable of monitoring the hole network.
