monitoring bandwith usage

I am administering a small LAN with 40 users. It is an NT 4 domain with win2k clients. We have a DSL connection that provides internet connectivity to the whole LAN. What is the best way to monitor/measure how much bandwith each client is using up? Are there any utilities or programs that are designed to do this?
