“Monitor’s Failed”

The PC that i’ve using are working properly on the past few month’s but after a few week’s of using the monitor stop responding and only the LED are blinking, I’ve try to swap a monitor to other unit and it work to that PC but the monitor did not!is THere any problem on my monitor or Video Card or it’s not compatible with my box?
