More feedback on LogMeIn?

Despite my intitial disappointment with the performance aspect of the LogMeIn product, I would love to hear from others who have used it for more than a few remote control sessions. I DID like some of the features of LogMeIn, but the slow performance I experienced (compared to Citrix products) was a deal killer for me. Perhaps my experience was a fluke. Any comments?
