move exchange 2003 database location

Hi
I wont move location of exchange databas to the new location (new dirve).because I defragment one of the our databas to new drive (space problem) , but when i try to poin to new drive I ger following error message.

The specified destination file alredy exsits.
I hobe you kan help me
