Move Exchange to Diff Server w/ diff OS

We currently have a PDC, BDC and App server running windows NT 4. We ordered new servers with Windows 2000 to replace the existing servers. I am wondering whats the best way to move the Exchange Server 5.5 on the NT 4 system to the new server running Windows 2000.
