Move Server Wizard vs. Exmerge

We are planning to move some Exchange 5.5 organizations into a large, existing one and are looking at the pros and cons of using Move Server Wizard or Exmerge. I know exmerge is slow, but we could put the pst files one a file server and start fresh with the new org.

Anyone have experience or advice?
