Movinf Access From Feild to Another Form Feild

i have problem with moving one form field to another form field. my main form as frmDonations which store Employeeinformation with Donation INformation,and Form has one command button called Last Year , i generate one button click event which open another form called Last Year, which fetch (matched EmplyeeID with frmDonation EmployeeID) last year donation detail, but its not work it fetch whole last year donation detail from Last Year Table, i want to get only those record which have to match employeeid from frmDonations main form.
