moving exchange 2k and keeping server na

I’m about to move exchange 2000 to new hardware and
keep the same name (MS KB Q297289) and I’m
wanting to know what to backup.

the KB artical says make a full backup of all of the
Exchange 2000 storage groups and the Site
Replication Service (SRS) on the existing Exchange
2000 server.

But I would like to know what specifically I should back
up and is the win2k backup software good enough for
this job?
