Moving from Public to Private Sector

Anyone know of any resources (training, coaches, seminars, support groups) supporting people making the transition from Public Sector to Private sector (esp military to civilian)? The culture shock is extreme, especially for career military enlisted, who are essentially starting over in a “new world” after 20+ years. Any suggestions would be appreciated…
