Hi,
I recently installed linux on my win98 system. I had it working fine but wanted to create more space for the linux partition. I was trying to increase the size of the linux partition, and decrease the size of the linux swap file, and the windows partition. In doing so I changed the mount point created by the windows/dos setup.
As a result I can no longer boot this drive into windows. When i try to see this drive with partition magic it cannot see the boot information on this drive and shows it as a bad drive.
The mount point utility in Linux shows the data on the drive so I assuming it is all still there so my question is does anyone know if it is possible to retrieve the information I have on this drive and if possible to once againuse it to boot windows and linux.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and many thanks in advance for any help with this matter.
Thanks
Mark
