moving print server

I have a network print server lives in my PDC. all the printers are HP model. i use jetdirect port through tcp/ip to connect to the workstations. i like to move the print server to one of the member servers that incase of printers problem i can be able to reboot the server without rebooting the PDC. i need a detail explanation how to move the PS. You guys help is very appreciated.
