MP3 File Transfer/Storage From MP3 Device

I am looking for a program or device where I can take the files stored on my MP3 player and store them directly to a seperate location. The problem I am having is that my MP3 device is formatted for a macintosh computer, I recently bought a PC and am unable to transfer my MP3 files directly to my media player on my computer. Any suggestions?
