MRTG as a Windows 2003 Service

I have MRTG up and running, but I would like to set it up as a Windows 2003 service. I followed the instructions from the MRTG site and from this site: https://lists.oetiker.ch/pipermail/mrtg/2003-December/026588.html
with no luck.

Whenever I start the service, a box pops up and says the service has been started and stopped because there was no work to do. When I check my graphs, they are not getting updated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
