ms access 2000 and win2k mdb crashing

after installing win2k server and win 2000 clients in my samml 7 computer network, i get the error message that mdb cannt be accessed. investigating it i find the mdb has been corrupted (error message – ms access was shut when the mdb was open+++). this error occurs once in a while, repairing the mdb with jetcomp works however it crushess again.

My network is perfect.

Is it true that this is a common flow with win2k and Ms access Mdb. is it fixable
